This company manufactured specialist equipment for use in the pharmaceutical
industry and the assignment to recruit a Sales & Marketing Director
represented our first foray into this sector.
Successful completion led to two further projects within a business
that operated a fairly complex matrix management structure and experienced
a change of ownership between assignments.
Interestingly, candidate’s sector experience was not a prerequisite
as it was felt that the required role skill sets were not unique.
Accordingly, each project was completed with candidates sourced
through advertising in the national press.
