They are now seeking a Head of Marketing reporting directly to the CEO. This is an opportunity to join the senior leadership team, influence strategic direction, and play a key role in shaping the company’s future.
The Role:
The Head of Marketing will play a key role in driving and developing the marketing strategy and strengthening the company’s presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans and brand strategy
• Drive the company’s strategic vision and values internally and externally
• Lead market analysis, sales planning and promotional activity
• Manage internal and external communications, media relations, and analyst relations
• Create compelling messaging that elevates and broadens brand awareness
• Oversee social media, digital, and content campaigns locally and internationally
• Manage agency and media relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery
Public Relations and Brand
• Strategically manage brand image and reputation
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, press, and government bodies
• Oversee engaging, technically accurate content across all channels
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral
• Represent the company at public events, delivering presentations
Budget and Reporting
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI
• Establish and track marketing KPIs, reporting on progress and market trends
Team Management
• Lead and develop the marketing team
• Act as a positive ambassador for the company’s reputation and excellence
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications:
• Degree-qualified with a recognised marketing qualification
Experience and Skills:
• Proven success in a strategic B2B and B2G marketing role, ideally within a technology based industry
• Skilled in developing compelling messaging and value propositions
• Experienced in leveraging PR to drive brand awareness and thought leadership
• Confident public speaker and brand advocate
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels
• Experience managing CRM systems, marketing analytics, and reporting
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media
• Budget management and team leadership experience
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
