Our client is the UK subsidiary of an international group. It has been operating at the forefront of the battle to ensure wellness against Covid-19.This is a newly created role that will give the appointee high visibility at board level as they will be providing support in both operational and strategic matters.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the interface between the board and UK senior leadership team, providing both with useful insights, evidence, and analysis which are formed into recommendations that support the strategic direction of the business.
Collaborate with senior executives in solving high-priority operational issues and driving the communication and development of suitable strategies & goals.
Work independently through taking direct ownership of some projects in tandem with coordinating cross-departmental projects in a manner that achieves on-time completion.
This is very much a career stepping stone type position and suitable candidates will have a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 15 years post-graduate experience within a strategic development or strategy consulting environment.
Project Management and Presentation skills will be of the highest order along with the softer skills of tact & diplomacy in communicating.
