Nevard Roland Executive Search enters its 27th year in the autumn and seeks to grow by offering suitably qualified individuals the chance to earn a share in a business that has always punched above its weight relative to its size.
Working across the spectrum of business functions within a range of industry sectors we recruit senior manager through to executive board appointments, i.e. salaries £70k-£200k.
We want to hear from people who are proven practitioners in the field of executive recruitment and looking to develop their own business in the following sectors: City & Financial, TMT, FMCG, Manufactured goods, Healthcare, Cyber Security. Alternatively, you may be a functional specialist working on General Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or IT appointments.
With over 50 years’ experience in Executive Search between us the founding directors can offer not only the mentoring and expertise to back up what you already know but provide you with advice on financial management including debt factoring, marketing and legal matters alongside a suite of back office systems and access to the latest in video interviewing technology.

What is our offer?
Let us make it clear from the outset – this is NOT a salaried appointment, but neither is it a franchise opportunity – there is no upfront payment required for the right to work under our brand. We will be picky about who we want to work with – you must share our values with honesty and integrity being top of the list.
The income model for you is a simple calculation: If you bill £150K per annum [any less than that currently and you probably are not yet ready to make the step to do your own thing] you will keep £122.5K, i.e. we retain 15%. Enjoy it or reinvest part to further grow your business with our help and guidance.
