Our client is in the Top 5 within the sector of goods in which it trades successfully through having the right products, at the right time and at the right price.

The business has undergone some major organisational and cultural changes as well as implementing a major overhaul of its back office systems which will improve the customer experience.

The scope of the role is predictable: you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and ecommerce strategies to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. You will grow & lead a dynamic team and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the successful implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ecommerce initiatives, and customer acquisition strategies.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is not a “walk in the park” type opportunity! There is a requirement for a hands-on, committed approach that will demand at least 3 days in the office. That level of application will be rewarded with an LTIP reflecting the integral involvement this role has in helping the business achieve its financial objectives.

The Candidate

  • Business degree.
  • Proven experience in marketing and ecommerce leadership roles, with a demonstrable track record of driving & achieving profitable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, ecommerce platforms, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
