Business Development Director

Part of an international group, our client is a leading provider of solutions based on traditional equipment and cutting-edge digital products which lever cloud and SaaS technology. This is a new appointment to the Senior Leadership Team and comes at a time when there is considerable opportunity to grow this already profitable business.

The Role:

  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of a sales strategy that secures the achievement of revenue and profit objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities whilst continuing to develop relationships with existing customers & channel partners
  • Contribute to the development of the business as a whole as an influential member of the board.

The Candidate:

  • Graduate calibre with a demonstrable track record of building revenue through the effective development of strategic customer / partner relationships
  • Comfortable in an environment where traditional equipment sales are being supplemented by digital solutions. Likely sector experience would be from within companies using technology like ANPR and extend to include electronic security, parking management and associated hardware/software sales.
  • Skilled negotiator, who is commercially astute, highly motivated and has first class presentation skills and personal gravitas.
